Terms of Service

1. The service

Kode Pundit provides infrastructure that lets a business connect its WhatsApp Business Account and exchange messages with its customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws and with Meta’s WhatsApp Business and Messaging policies.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must have authority to bind the business you represent and to connect its WhatsApp assets.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages;
• violate the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, or opt-in requirements;
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your customers before messaging them, as required by WhatsApp and applicable law.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of your business and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The WhatsApp Business Platform is operated by Meta and is subject to its own availability and terms.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, for security reasons, or as required by Meta or law. You may stop using the service at any time; on termination we will delete or return your data in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Kode Pundit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
